Manara is a coalition or convergence of voluntary wills from Arab civil institutions working in the field of children’s rights. The Manara Network sought a consultancy to identify and address gaps in their communication and visibility capacity in line with their new strategy, and to support gaining visibility in the MENA region, particularly among their key regional and global advocacy stakeholders.
