AlMarej, a small dairy plant located in AlMarej – Bekaa, with 42 years of experience in manufacturing dairy products. They produce various items such as laban, labneh, shankalish, eiran, hallouum, ikkawi, double cream, mshallal, majdoul, ashta, karishe, mozzarella, and kashkawan.
