Overview:
Medair is implementing a health program. The program aims at improving healthcare among Lebanese and refugee populations in Lebanon responding to the impact of COVID-19 with a focus on reducing morbidity and mortality through lowering COVID-19 transmission by increasing access and uptake of COVID-19 vaccinations through establishing mobile vaccination teams and teams VaxBuses, and conducting community outreach activities to raise awareness.

As Salem Group, we played a pivotal role in providing consulting services for this ambitious project. Our responsibilities encompassed various crucial aspects:
-Review the awareness strategy and materials related to Covid
-Review health topics related to program improvement and organizational learning
