Overview:
ABAAD SOP is a project of shelter standards for violence against women in Lebanon based on the results of the shelter evaluation (mentioned previously) and is implemented in coordination with the Ministry of Social Affairs, the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and the United Nations Economic and Social Fund. Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA). Standards for violence against women shelters in Lebanon must also take into account the standard operating procedures for case management developed by the Ministry of Social Affairs in partnership with ABAAD, as well as the standard operating procedures developed for the humanitarian sector response at the national and regional levels.
