Overview:
Oxfam is a global organization focused on alleviating poverty through aid, development projects, and advocacy. Oxfam in partnership with Beyond group and COSV is implementing an EU Regional Trust Fund in Response to the Syrian crisis (EUTF) Funded project entitled “Social Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Change” (SEE Change). This project aims at increasing the impact of social entrepreneurial activities in Lebanon, creating employment and social stability opportunities, and supporting the local economy.

Our Scope of Work:
Led by Salem Group, the event planning ensured the success of this project, reflecting our commitment to excellence. Salem Group meticulously handled a wide array of responsibilities, including:
– Management: Overseeing the entire event planning process to ensure coherence and success.
– Logistics and Suppliers: Coordinating with suppliers for materials, equipment, and services necessary for the event.
– Speakers: Curating and managing a lineup of speakers relevant to the event’s theme and audience.
– Rooms and Activities: Planning and organizing the layout of rooms for various activities, ensuring optimal engagement and flow.
– Marketing and Production: Leading the efforts in marketing the event and managing the production aspects to enhance visibility and attendee experience.
– Invites and Attendees: Handling the distribution of invitations and managing attendee registrations to ensure a smooth participation process.
